SaveOne collects data needed to process downloads, protect the service, and understand aggregate website usage.
Data we process
When you use the tool, the server receives the video URL, your IP address, standard request information, and the temporary media file created for your download. The IP address is also used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Google Analytics may receive page-view, approximate location, device, browser, and referral information.
Temporary files
Completed files are scheduled for automatic deletion about 30 minutes after processing. Failed and abandoned task data is removed during routine cleanup.
Cookies and accounts
This version does not require an account or set advertising cookies. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies, including _ga, to distinguish visits and measure website usage. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser. The source platforms may receive network requests while their thumbnails and media are read.
Service providers
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms. A production deployment may also use hosting, security, and logging providers to operate and protect the service.
